These terms govern the vending and micro-market services provided by Starke Family Vending ("we," "us") to businesses and organizations ("you," "host") in Raleigh, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Knightdale, and the surrounding Triangle area. By using our services you agree to these terms.
We provide, install, stock, service, and maintain vending machines and micro-markets. We retain ownership of the equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. You provide a suitable location, electrical power, and reasonable access for servicing.
Standard placements are offered at no cost to qualifying hosts. Eligibility, product selection, and pricing of products are determined by us in consultation with you. We may relocate or remove equipment that does not meet minimum usage or is no longer viable.
Machines accept cash and cashless payments. Product prices are set by us and may change. We are not responsible for transaction issues caused by third-party payment processors.
We maintain our equipment in good working order. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Hosts are responsible for the security of the placement location.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
